We trust this newsletter finds you well and coping with the changing times. As usual, we have posted new yoga classes and relaxations on the website.
It can be hard to practise at home, but we hope you are taking the time for yourself.
Yoga is a way of navigating through the continually changing nature and difficulty of life: Where there is stress, yoga is a way to find peace.
Where there is confusion, yoga is a way to find insight and clarity.
Where there is loneliness, yoga is a way to find a deep wholeness inside of yourself.
Remember to listen to your body and not push into pain or discomfort.
Success in yoga isn’t about pushing your body further, but rather learning to move wisely and in a way that benefits your body.
The audio’s can be found on the website on a page called Yoga Audios so
that each week we will add new tracks to the list of previous offerings.
This week 4 new audios tracks have been added.
Bhumi’s class is a short 40 minute gentle routine that could be done in the evening before bed to help you sleep, but also fine to practise in the day. The class is called “insomnia class” and the relaxation is called “breathing practice”.
Quentin’s class 5a and class 5b yoga and meditation.

Hokusai Says
Hokusai says Look carefully.
He says pay attention, notice.
He says keep looking, stay curious.
He says there is no end to seeing.
He says Look forward to getting old.
He says keep changing,
you just get more who you really are.
He says get stuck, accept it, repeat
yourself as long as it’s interesting.
He says keep doing what you love.
He says keep praying.
He says every one of us is a child,
every one of us is ancient, every one of us has a body.
He says every one of us is frightened.
He says every one of us has to find a way to live with fear.
He says everything is alive –
shells, buildings, people, fish,
mountains, trees. Wood is alive.
Water is alive.
Everything has its own life.
Everything lives inside us.
He says live with the world inside you.
He says it doesn’t matter if you draw or write books.
It doesn’t matter if you saw wood or catch fish.
It doesn’t matter if you sit at home
and stare at the ants on your verandah
or the shadows or the trees and grasses in our garden.
It matters that you care.
It matters that you notice.
It matters that life lives through you.
Contentment is Life living through you.
Joy is life living through you.
Satisfaction and strength is life living through you.
Peace is life living through you.
He says don’t be afraid.
Don’t be afraid.
Look, feel, let life take you by the hand.
Let life live through you.
