Namaste! This weeks yoga and meditations are now posted on the website.
We have finally decided to give Zoom live streaming yoga classes a go! We have been quite reluctant so far, feeling that online yoga just can’t substitute for a real class, but so many people have encouraged us to do it and restrictions may be in place for quite a while.
So, we are in the process of learning how to teach from an online platform and are hoping to have classes running in a week or so. We will send out details soon.
For people who don’t want to participate, the audio’s will remain on our website and we will add new classes and meditations regularly.
This week 4 new audios tracks have been added.
Bhumi’s class is called “glutes class” which focuses on strengthening and stretching the gluteal muscles at the back of the hips which stabilize the hips and lower back. The meditation is “body space and breath”.
Quentin’s class is 6a yoga and 6b yoga and meditation.

Our Deepest Fear
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We are all meant to shine, as children do.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone.
And as we let our own light shine,
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
