What do I need to bring

1. A yoga mat if you have one or a thick blanket. You are welcome to borrow a yoga mat for the first few weeks, but if you wish to continue coming we ask you to provide your own, so that there are spare mats available for new students.

2. A bottle of water.

3. In the colder months, an extra blanket or jumper for the relaxation.

Please note: it is preferable to come to class with an empty tummy. So leave an hour after a light meal and 2-3 hours after a full meal before attending classes.
