It is vital that we provide a safe place for all our participants in the yoga class, so please read the following guidelines carefully.

Before class

No cash payments: please pay online beforehand. Because we need to keep the classes to a maximum of 35 people, we will only take term bookings. If you wish to attend, first contact us to book your space. Once we confirm your booking then please pay via direct deposit. If this is not possible for you, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Do not attend classes if you are unwell: even if you feel slightly sick, just to be safe don’t come to class. You can attend a zoom class or practice an audio yoga class that week.

If you, or a close contact have a Covid-19 diagnosis, please let us know so we can take the necessary precautions regarding the class. We are required to keep a class register with contact numbers which we give to the City of Stirling and possibly the government health department.

Class closure: If in the event we must shut down the class for 14 days we will move the class onto an on-line zoom platform for you to practice or provide credits for the following term.

In class protocol

Shoes off at the door: where possible, floors will be sanitized, so please take shoes off at the door before you come into the room.

Hand sanitizer will be available before entering the room.

Follow social distancing prior to the class, so keeping 1.5 metres away from other participants. No hugging or handshakes.

No shared equipment: bring your own mat and water bottle. Do not use the drink fountains at the centre.
