Remember, that as we are coming into colder weather, to bring an extra blanket for the relaxation. All halls are heated but it’s good to be warm for the relaxation. Also, a reminder to please not come to class if you are unwell, there are audio’s online and all classes are live-streamed on zoom. If you want to go on the zoom email list, please send us an email. It’s great to see so many people enjoying the zoom, not just for catch up classes but doing extra classes during the week

MINDFULNESS BASED STRESS REDUCTION COURSE – Quentin is again running the popular 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course, beginning on the 25th of July, in South Perth, with the full day retreat being held in the beautiful Star Swamp in North Beach.
Everyone is welcome to come along; no experience with meditation is required.
It is a course that brings a healing approach, which combines mindfulness meditation, relaxation techniques and yoga together. Important tools are learnt, to bring mindfulness into daily life, for good physical, emotional and mental health.
