What to do in Class
1. Talk to the instructor before the class – fill out a registration form and let the instructor know of any back or health problems or pregnancy. If you have had recent surgery, check with your doctor before attending.
2. During class be gentle with your-self. Yoga is about learning to listen to your own body. Never push into pain and always feel free to rest when you want to. Start with easy options and only move onto the harder ones when you feel ready.
3. If you experience any problems during the class or have any questions, please talk to the instructor and we will do our best to help
