Join Quentin on Saturday the 30th of November for 3 hours of gentle yoga and mindfulness practice, nestled in the beautiful Star Swamp of North Beach.
Venue: Henderson Environmental Centre (end of Groat St. North Beach)
Afternoon tea and light snacks will be provided.
All are welcome and no experience is required.
Bring a yoga mat and a pillow so you can be comfortable lying down.
Chairs are available for sitting practices.
