Thank you to everyone who let us know their views and preferences for practising yoga as we move forward with the pandemic situation we are all grappling with.
It seems some are very keen to get back to face to face classes and others understandably want to wait longer and continue to practice at home with audio’s and zoom. We are still waiting for our venues to finalize their covid-19 management plans, but we are hoping to start at least 2 classes the week beginning the 1st of June. We will continue to post the audio’s every week and run the zoom classes. We will have all the details about classes and safety guidelines ready by next week when we send out the audio’s.
Thank you for all the lovely emails and messages of support. We are really pleased so many people are enjoying the audio’s and zoom yoga and we look forward to seeing some of you as we slowly transition back to normal classes.
This weeks classes are Bhumi’s “lower back” class and “circular breathing meditation” and Quentin’s classes are 9a and 9b.

Then you are probably the family dog.
