Body Mind Yoga is online this week

Hi Everyone, as you have no doubt heard, we are to go into a 5 day lock-down starting at 6pm tonight. So, all of our classes will be going online for the week via the zoom platform. We have already sent out the links for the classes, but if you haven’t received them via email, please check your junk folder and if they are not there, then email or ring us and we can send them to you.
If zoom is not your thing, remember that there are many audio yoga classes on our website that you could practice. You can follow this link to access them from our website.
Hopefully a hard and fast lock-down is all that is needed and things will be back to normal soon. We will keep you informed as we know more.

Mindfulness Course starting 7th February
At the moment the mindfulness course is still going ahead, but we will have to see how things unfold in the coming week. If we have to cancel or postpone the course, we will let you know in person as soon as possible. There are still spaces available.
